Medical Absorbent Cotton Ball Making Machine
The cotton ball machine is a forming machine for producing medical degreased cotton balls and tampon . Commercial Tampon Ball Making Machine consists of a cotton cutting system, a ball-making system and a transmission system. After the absorbent cotton sliver is fed from the feed inlet, it is torn off by the cotton cutting system, and it is rubbed into a cotton ball by the ball making system, and is output from the feed outlet.
Main Feature:
1. High production speed: The equipment has 6 to 10 production pipes, it can produce 20kg cotton balls per hour. Production speed can be controlled by electromagnetic clutch.
2. Easy to operate: Reasonable humanized design, cotton sliver is transitting from pipe, cutting in rattler, the cotton ball is shapeup in pipe. It is very easy to operate.
3. Using an arbitrary electromagnetic clutch to adjust the number of cotton balls.
4. The size of cotton balls could produce by this machine is 0.2g-3g.
5. It has two types, one is normal, another is countable type.
